The VECTOR Check Management Solution is a common capture platform for all of your item image processing requirements. You can use it to capture high-quality images during Prime Pass (either locally or remotely), perform bulk file and Exception Item Pull (EIP) sorts, capture incoming return items, as well as capture and encode outgoing BOFD items.
The VECTOR Check Management Solution consists of:
VECTOR: SortTM improves system performance and reduces
operating costs. Sorting operations occur in a minimal number of item passes, reducing
the number of resources needed to accomplish this task. VECTOR: Sort utilizes "auto-resync"
and load leveling to increase productivity, and exploits features of the 3890/XP
such as programmable endorsement.
VECTOR: Sort Pattern TesterTM could be described as
a "virtual sorter." It manages sort pattern changes in order to reduce sort pattern
test time, improve accuracy, eliminate costly conversion errors and allow for easy
concurrent access.
Capture for VECTOR: SortTM image-enables VECTOR: Sort,
providing for the capture of images and MICR data which then populate an on-us archive.
It can also be used to manage and vault truncated paper items, in support of image
cash letter exchange. This product is scalable, using Transport Transparency to
operate at various speeds and on various brands of sorters. It utilizes the latest
client/server technology and includes an export-to-archive facility; tracking of
sorter operations, work status and server health.
VECTOR: CheckMineTM is a multi-faceted, check image
data mining tool that extracts payor and payee data from check images captured during
Prime Pass sorting. Payee information can be used in fraud and positive pay applications.
CheckMine ensures single item deposit integrity by reading CAR/LAR and checking
for operator encoding errors. Other information gleaned from your customers' checks
can be used to create a database for cross selling bank products. At the same time,
this component analyzes deposits and extracts demographic information that can be
summarized and used to enhance the CRM and sales efforts of your corporate clients.
VECTOR: Large TableTM allows groups of partner accounts
to be compared with checks being processed. Large Table can also be used for the
outsorting of exceptions on Prime Pass, to assist in fraud detection, and for image
exchange truncation. These capabilities will remain unchanged as we move into a
"paperless" world.
VECTOR: String ManagerTM interrogates strings within
your check processing system to locate a specific item. In addition, this tool will
merge images with data, and allow you to view items without printing.
