VECTOR Research is powered by a rules-based workflow engine. On delivery, rules are in place that allow a typical operation to begin using the Solution immediately. These rules assure adherence to policies and procedure, and can be modified quickly to support changes in your bank. In fact, the solution allows you to specify standard processing rules and special instructions by customer or account. This automated process requires minimum manual intervention, and includes the capability for priority escalation and notification.
