VECTOR: SortTM improves system performance and reduces operating costs. Sorting operations occur in a minimal number of item passes, reducing the number of resources needed to accomplish this task. VECTOR: Sort utilizes "auto-resync" and load leveling to increase productivity, and exploits features of the 3890/XP such as programmable endorsement.

VECTOR: FiveTM (Incoming) automates previously manual tasks for incoming returns such as balancing, researching, and controlling returned items — streamlining all incoming return operations and improving the quality of work sent to your customers. Nothing else processes incoming return volumes with such flexibility, speed, reliability, and consistency. Image usage reduces the movement of paper and eliminates redundant sorts. Workflow is made more efficient by taking advantage of images in decisioning, customer notification and other returns tasks. Notices with item images and data are electronically delivered to your customers around the world — within minutes of production. The Fee Generation module for VECTOR: Five allows you to differentiate yourself from the competition by automating complex service requirements and associated fee structures.

PredecisionTM for VECTOR: Five improves productivity and accuracy in the handling of incoming return items by automating at least 65% of decisioning/dispositioning prior to the operation of VECTOR: Five.

VECTOR: NotificationTM processes, controls, and tracks incoming and outgoing return notifications, and places holds, whether returns are presented electronically, through third-party services, or as traditional paper-based documents. The product includes EARNS, PSN and PPS interfaces that allow you to combine the speed of your early warning systems with the product's power and precision.

Capture for ReturnsTM provides a front-end capture facility for incoming returns. This client/server-based product facilitates the MICR line and image capture of returned items and the distribution of incoming returns processing to multiple operators, instead of the serial processing typical of the conventional paper environment.
