VisionContent: Documents - a powerful document imaging solution that captures, stores and retrieves scanned images, word processing documents, spreadsheets and other graphical files from most media. The Documents solution is designed to electronically replicate how financial service professionals traditionally handle paper files. By rethinking how paper is created, stored and retrieved, we have developed a proven solution that follows the natural business process of paper management without the manual processing errors and high retrieval costs associated with traditional document imaging systems. What makes Documents even more attractive is IS View, our thin, browser-based client that's easy to use and maintain, and provides enterprise access with no installation on the client side.

  • IS View: The browser-based client that enables users to quickly retrieve documents and folders from branch offices, remote locations or wherever your business may take them.
  • Ease of use: Requires no installation or maintenance on the client side and is amazingly easy to maintain and navigate. Users simply log on with a user name and password and are ready to view documents.
  • User profiles: Enables administrators to create user profiles with pre-configured access lists and permissions.
  • Export: IS View provides the ability to export documents and folders to CD or DVD.
  • IS View Audit: Offers administrators the ability to monitor all user actions.
  • Thumbnails: Enables users to view and navigate through multi-page documents with ease.
  • Multiple search capabilities: Performs global searches for folders or search directly for a document across multiple applications. You can also save search criteria for later use.
  • Natural document organization: Preserves the natural order of handling documents with a file cabinet paradigm.
  • Transport: A feature that populates VisionContent Documents with all main folder values by pulling index information from the core system.
  • Capture options: VisionContent: Documents offers multiple options for information capture including centralized scanning, branch, and fax capture.
  • Recognition module: This option automates document indexing through an Intelligent Coversheet module that provides all components for barcode recognition. Other options include Forms Recognition using ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition) and/or OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
  • Application integration option: Access stored documents from within most teller platforms, core systems, or other applications – providing seamless integration for users.
